Youth Summer Strength and Conditioning Program

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Let Starport help you take your game to the next level with our new summer youth Strength and Conditioning program! This individualized program is designed to help local athletes achieve maximal performance while reducing the occurrence of athletic injuries. The program will focus on increasing the athlete's explosive power, strength, speed, agility, flexibility and conditioning, which is required by all athletes to be successful.

The APT program is for middle- and high-school-aged male and female athletes.


SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING

We use safe, proven exercises that mimic the movements of your sport. You’ll see significant, measurable improvements in critical areas, including: power, strength, flexibility, reaction time, acceleration, top speed, balance and agility.
