Starport offers our JSC Contractors convenient no-contract Monthly and Annual Memberships for both you and your family

Whether you are new to Starport or a returning member, we have simple follow along instructions below to help us find the best membership for you.

Who is the membership for?

  • For me - sign-up now online (Starport on Activenet)
  • For a family member - not ready to sign-up for yourself right now but have a family member who wants to join, sign them up now online (Starport on Activenet)
  • For me plus 1 – update or create your Activenet account, then come on in and we’ll help you get the best value
  • For a family - update or create your Activenet account, then come on in and we’ll help you get the best value
  • For your student on summer break - update or create your Activenet account, then come on in and we’ll help you get the best value. Read more about our Student Summer 2021 Membership here.

Signing up and registering for your timeslot

Please note

  • If you had a membership prior to the COVID-19 shut down, all monthly memberships have been cancelled and we have updated all our annual members expiration dates to include any time lost during our shutdown. Please call the front desk (281-483-0304) or ask next time you’re in for your updated expiration date.
  • Currently, reservations are required to workout in the Strength & Cardio Center or participate in any group exercise class (please read below for more info regarding our new app and member portal).


Step 1

New to Starport

Returning Members

Create an Activenet account online here

Update your Activenet account online here. All returning members will have an account

Add family members by clicking on the “Manage Family Member” link on the bottom right of the “My Account” page

If the system recognizes your email address and you do not know or have forgotten your password, click on the forgot password link and follow the steps to reset it. The same email address cannot be used for multiple accounts


Please make sure your info is correct by clicking the “Edit” link beside your name – Fill in all the fields and click save button


Step 2

Purchasing New Memberships Online

New memberships can be purchased here or you can click on the “Memberships” tab at the top of the page

Choose desired membership type (monthly or annual) and click orange “Add to Cart” button

Click the yellow/orange “Add to my Cart” button at bottom of page

Please note – any memberships purchased prior to July 1, 2021 will have their expiration dates modified to August 1, 2021 for monthly memberships and August 1, 2022 for annual memberships

Complete required membership information & click the “Continue” button

Read the waiver form at the bottom of the screen by clicking on the blue “Waiver” link

Click to check the box to the left of the “I have read and agree to waiver”

Click on the orange “Check Out” button

Insert payment information and click on orange “Pay” button

Reserving Timeslots

Download the Starport app by searching for “Starport” or “NASA Starport” in the Apple app store or Google Play store or join our member web portal here
