Intern & Student Memberships

Starport offers our Interns and JSC Family Members convenient no-contract Monthly and Student Summer limited time Memberships.

Whether you are new to Starport or a returning member, we have simple follow along instructions below to help us find the best membership for you.

 

Who is the membership for?

  • Intern Memberships – Intern Members must provide an Intern badge as proof or have an email sent to Starport from a NASA contracting company. Update or create your Activenet account, then come on in and we’ll help you get all setup.
    • Please note – this is a monthly membership that requires monthly auto-payments which need to be cancelled to make sure you are not being charged after your internship ends, please call 281-483-0304 or ask our front desk for more details
  • Student Summer 2021 Membership - update or create your Activenet account, then come on in and we’ll help you get all setup. This membership is valid from July 1 – August 31, 2021.
    • Please note – if you are new to Starport, you will require a JSC sponsor to contact us via their NASA or JSC company to JSC-Starport@mail.nasa.gov to confirm your eligibility
    • Anyone under the age of 18 years old will require a parent or legal guardian to create an Activenet account and purchase their membership in-person

 

Signing up and registering for your timeslot

Please note

  • Currently, reservations are required to workout in the Strength & Cardio Center or participate in any group exercise class (please read below for more info regarding our new app and member portal)
  • To qualify for a student discount, you must sign-up in person and be under the age of 23 years

 

Step 1

New to Starport

Returning Members

Create an Activenet account online here

Update your Activenet account online here. All returning members will have an account

Add family members by clicking on the “Manage Family Member” link on the bottom right of the “My Account” page

If the system recognizes your email address and you do not know or have forgotten your password, click on the forgot password link and follow the steps to reset it. The same email address cannot be used for multiple accounts

 

Please make sure your info is correct by clicking the “Edit” link beside your name – Fill in all the fields and click save button

 

Step 2

Purchasing New Memberships

New memberships must be purchased in-person at Starport. You must provide an Intern badge as proof or have an email sent to Starport from a NASA contracting company

Reserving Timeslots

Download the Starport app by searching for “Starport” or “NASA Starport” in the Apple app store or Google Play store or join our member web portal here
