TRX® Suspension Training


Join Certified Personal Trainer, Kelly, for an introduction to the TRX® Suspension Trainer. With this equipment you are able to perform a wide variety of full body movements and exercises that will strengthen your body from temple to toe. Kelly will show you how to adapt the straps to your specific level of fitness (beginner to advanced), how to decrease/increase intensities, how to execute proper form, as well as some fun ways to rock your workout!
