Coach Bernzy’s unique, proven training approach can help you run faster & further without breaking your body or schedule!

The Bernzy Running program is a full-service run coaching experience that is completely customized to fit your schedule and experience level while helping you achieve your running and fitness goals. Your personalized training program is optimized to ensure your success through a dynamic exercise regimen that goes beyond running.

In addition to your custom training schedule you can receive one-on-one guidance from Coach Bernzy on cross-training, nutrition, healthy recovery, run technique, race preparation, run fueling, injury prevention, or anything else to ensure this is your learning experience!


About Coach Bernzy

Mike Bernatovich (Coach Bernzy) has been competing in triathlons and marathons for over 7 years and is currently training to qualify for another Boston marathon.

As an NASA Engineer/athlete he takes a methodical approach to understanding the mechanics of running and high-efficiency training to achieve peak running fitness. He’s explored techniques in cross-training, strength training, nutrition, and recovery, and their major role in run performance and injury prevention.

His run coach expertise includes:

  • Developing a unique & proven run training program that is adaptable to any distance goal & experience level with only 3 runs/week

  • Building personalized run programs for athletes with a wide range of experience and fitness levels while accommodating busy schedules and tight budgets

  • Assembling training programs focused on injury recovery and prevention

  • Getting experienced runners to a new personal best in both race time and distance

  • Advancing athletes from a “zero” fitness level to marathon finisher
