Boot Camp

Working out with a large group of people, especially friends or coworkers, has been shown to provide motivation through friendly competition and encouragement. Participants help push each other's limits and rejoice in everyone's success. Join a class solo and make new work-out buddies or gather a group of friends to exercise alongside familiar faces.

We offer boot camp style group training that features:

  • Aerobic conditioning
  • Strength training
  • Improved flexibility

Individuals of any fitness level are encouraged to join, as the program allows participants to challenge their own fitness standards, regardless of where they are starting from.

 

 

PLEASE NOTE: The session (morning or evening) you register for is the session you are permitted to attend.  
Participants MAY NOT switch back and forth between evening and morning sessions, or go to both (unless registered for both separately).
Refunds and class adjustments will NOT be made after the 1st session of the program.
