Rodeo Ticket Refunds - Now Available

Rodeo refunds are now in the bank! Starport will begin issuing refund checks starting the week of May 25 to patrons that purchased tickets and parking passes of the 12 remaining shows scheduled to occur March 11 - March 22. There are 4 key steps needed to help us identify your purchase and process your transaction(s):

  1. Provide the first and last name of the person the check should be made out to
  2. Take a picture of each ticket and/or parking pass purchased, displaying the date, section, and seat numbers of each ticket
  3. Provide the mailing address you want the check to be delivered to
  4. Send an email with the information above by 5/22/20 to: jsc-starport-businessoffice@mail.nasa.gov.

Please note, refunds may take between 15 – 20 business days after the request is processed. Refunding the 12 Rodeo performances virtually is something that our organization has never had to manage. We are very appreciative of your patience and hope this process will be as seamless as possible. We know how impactful this money can be for you during this time. Why do I need to send a picture of the ticket and/or parking pass purchased? What constitutes proof of a ticket purchase?

Pictures of the actual tickets help us expedite the bookkeeping process, which helps us expedite the refund process.   Proof of purchase entails displaying the date, section, and seat numbers of the tickets. We will not need a physical copy of the ticket

How long will a refund take once I send in the required information?

Refunds may take 15 to 20 business days, dependent on customer’s ability to furnish proof of purchase. Due to the economic impact of COVID 19, Starport has limited staff available to process transactions. This is also the first time we have had to issue mass refunds process virtually. We estimated the timing based on resource availability and processing delays that may occur as we work through the return process.  We recognize how impactful this money might be for our patrons.  It is our hope that the process will be quicker than the timeframe proposed.

What if I lost my tickets?

Tickets are needed for bookkeeping purposes. If you cannot find your tickets, please send an email to Starport’s Business Office’s email: jsc-starport-businessoffice@mail.nasa.gov  and notate all the information you have regarding the date of purchase and any details you can recall about your ticket and/or parking pass information.
