Starport Web Portal & App New Account Instructions

Web Portal

  1. Go to https://nasa.motionvibe.com/
  2. Click on the “Sign up now
  3. Fill in the following fields:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Email
  4. Click “Continue” button
  5. Fill in the following fields:
    1. New Password
    2. Confirm Password
  6. Click “Continue” button
  7. Click “Let’s Go!” button

 

Starport App

  1. Download the App:
    1. For iPhone - Go to https://apps.apple.com/us/app/nasa-starport/id1545156299 or search "Starport" in the App store
    2. For Android – Go to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.motionvibe.nasastarport or search "Starport" in Google Play
  1. Click on the “Sign up now
  2. Fill in the following fields:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Email
  3. Click “Continue” button
  4. Fill in the following fields:
    1. New Password
    2. Confirm Password
  5. Click “Continue” button

 

Registering to workout in the Strength & Cardio Center

      1. Click “View Schedule” under the Strength & Cardio Center tile
      2. Click on the desired date to view availability
      3. Click “Register now” button at the time you desire
      4. A (“View details” button will give a description of the class)
      5. Read the Fitness Waiver and COVID-19 forms
        • It is suggested that you save a copy of the forms for your future reference. You will only be required to complete this step your first time registering
        • Click on the “check boxes” to accept the terms
        • Click “OK” button

To Register for a group exercise class (Please note, only a select number of group fitness classes are available currently)

      1. Click “View Schedule” under the Group Fitness tile
      2. Click on the desired class to register
      3. Click “Register” button (“View details” button will give a description of the class)
      4. Read the Fitness Waiver and COVID-19 forms
        • It is suggested that you save a copy of the forms for your future reference. You will only be required to complete this step your first time registering
        • Click on the “check boxes” to accept the terms
        • Click “OK” button
      5. Choose one class drop-in fee or monthly membership fee
      6. Fill in your credit card information and click “Purchase Now” button
      7. Click “okay” button
      8. Click on the class to register for and click “Register” – You are now registered for the class
      9. Please note to check in to a class upon arrival with the instructor or the front desk
        • Please make sure you arrive and are checked in -10 minutes prior to class start time to avoid risk of losing your spot
      10. Click “Got It!”

In addition;

    • You are still required to register for each class as space is limited to 15 participants
    • Class registrations open at 5 am one-week prior to the class
    • If you have registered and are unable to make it, please unregister to allow others that may be on a waiting list to take your space
    • If you have registered and will be more than 10 minutes lates for your time slot, please let us know so we do not give your space away to someone on the waiting list
    • GroupX waiting list participants may join the class if there is space after the class starting time
    • SCC waiting list participants may gain access 10-minutes after the hour if space is available
    • After the class starting time, late registrants may lose their space if a waiting list participant has filled in for them
    • If a participant has 2 no shows, they will not be able to pre-register for classes or SCC timeslots
