We are often asked about our Return Policy. The Starport Gift Shop will gladly refund or exchange your purchase with your original cash register receipt if returned in saleable condition. For purchases without a receipt, we will exchange your items if returned in saleable condition. The Starport Gift Shop will refund manufacturer's defects; however,
we will not refund or exchange items that have been misused or not properly cared for. |
