| Dancers Sculpt -
Low to medium impact strength, conditioning, and flexibility class that fuses moves from ballet, yoga, and pilates to strengthen and lengthen the muscles of the body. This is the perfect workout if you are just starting out and/or returning to exercise, or if you want to diversify your current workout program. No prior dance, yoga, or pilates experience necessary. Workout includes warm-up, strength and flexibility exercises, and relaxation/meditation. |

This cardio dance class will get your heart racing and the calories burning! A new routine is taught each month with fun dance moves set to the latest pop songs. The only rules in class are to keep moving and have fun -- if you do those two things, the fitness benefits will come naturally! No prior dance experience is necessary, all levels of fitness are welcome and encouraged. |

| Spinning® - Spinning classes can be a great way to get in a good cardio workout, burn calories and keeping your muscles in shape. Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady uptempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. All you'll need is workout clothes, a towel (to wipe your face), and a water bottle. |
